Managed outdoor advertising design and campaign roll-out for over 500 OOH and duratran units across 7 global regions (NA, APAC, Europe, Japan, Latin America, Emerging Markets and Trade). Maintained campaign consistency to uphold elevated branding moments—considering regional needs, environmental limitations, and brand strategy. I managed in-house and agency creative, regional preferences, schedules, production, retouching and mechanical approvals.
